Made this place my go to for fresh hot delicious pizza. Slow cooked brisket on there gourmet pizzas can't be beaten for flavour. Great honest chap runs the place,heaps of amazing pizzas to choose from and garlic bread second to none. Obviously the bad reviews are from competitors, that's plain to see after a visit here. Fresh bases made an hour before opening and fresh toppings,this place is hard to beat. Cheers CGP,we will be back.

New to the area and looking for a local store to make our regular. Just picked up my pizzas and they look fantastic. Heaps of toppings and each time I've walked in the people have been extremely friendly. They also send you deals via text, have a pizza on their menu chosen by customers, and just seem very customer focused in everything they do. Ordered the Marinara and the Carlingford and both were above expectations. Very happy :D

Been a returning customer of carlingford gourmet pizza for a long time now but first time leaving a review. It’s our go to local joint and every time it’s been a pleasant experience - both for delivery and pick up. Lovely staff at the counter always. Big points because they open late (10pm in most nights) and satisfy any late night cravings! Look at the toppings

It was my first time coming to this shop. The seating area is very limited but most people buy the pizzas for takeaway or delivery anyway. Every pizza I tried was delightful and here are my favourites: - The holy trinity (coffee rubbed beef brisket, pulled lamb and pulled pork on a napolitana pizza base drizzled with smokey bbq sauce & topped with potato chips) I love how they put generous amount of succulent meat on the pizza. Highy recommend. - Flat mack (it’s their famous burger pizza). Reminded me of big mac but way better! I really adore the burger sauce. - Fully tabouli (falafel, onions & fresh tomatoes on a hummus base, topped with fresh parsley & drizzled in tarator sauce). Yum!

Thank you Ben, It was my first time making calzone. I wanted to try out Napel style and just mix it up with ingredients inside,with mushrooms and beef.
